My Vision

My name is Andrei Zlotnikov. I am a documentary videographer and photographer. I film real processes, events, products, and people in working environments – without staging or commercial-style directing.

My work is based on a documentary reportage approach. Over three years in technical manufacturing, I filmed nearly 300 video reports. This experience shaped a filming method that allows me to quickly adapt to working environments, build a clear visual narrative, and document processes without interfering with them.

Today, this approach is used not only in industrial environments, but also in reportage filming, corporate documentation, events, service and technical processes – anywhere authenticity, observation, and natural human behavior on camera matter.

I work with a mobile equipment setup and film discreetly, without bulky gear, staged lighting, or complex production infrastructure. This makes it possible to work in real conditions: at production facilities, offices, events, or hospitality venues.

I understand GDPR requirements and the specifics of locations where parts of the workflow are protected by non-disclosure agreements. What can and cannot appear on camera is determined in advance and respected both during filming and in post-production.

I respect agreements, deadlines, and professional discipline.
